DEVCO coordinates Conversion

This template provides a coordinate transformation between DEVCO coordinates (“DEVCO Grid”) and commonly used coordinate systems in Nova Scotia using a 7 parameter Helmert transformation. Due to the movement of the North American tectonic plate, they might differ from current values by roughly 1 meter. The sigma is only valid for the Helmert transformation used in this template.

The template must not be used to convert between ATS77, WGS84 and NAD83. Please use the Canadian Geodetic Survey (CGS) Web Application which provides a national standard for transforming coordinates.
